I have a question for you in a sec,
But first a quick story..
2 years ago I wondered into Phones4U...
But first a quick story..
2 years ago I wondered into Phones4U...
Jon, the sales guy, and I bonded instantly!
I mean he asked me if I worked out and that's like asking David Beckham if he likes football or wondering around in his H&M pants!
We spoke for 5 minutes about phones and then spent about an hour chatting about the gym, training, nutrition, getting in shape for the summer (it was about this time of yeah so of course getting in shape for the summer is the thing on everyone's mind, right?),
60 minutes later I wondered out with not only a new phone but also a potential client,
**By the way if you know how I can upgrade my phone I'd be totally grateful, obviously P4U have gone bust so I have no idea where to go to upgrade, any ideas????
Anyway, back to today's story....
After staying in touch with P4U salesman and new friend Jon for the whole 2 years I finally convinced him to let me put him through a workout last week...
''Awesome workout tonight. Totally reformed my training regime by a truly inspirational guy. Such limitless enthusiasm and drive. They say surround yourself with positive people, and he is most definitely the best.
Transform your physique, transform your life. Matthew R Smith. You could so a lot worse to have this guy in your life.''
Not bad considering I left him unable to pick up his water bottle at the end!
#EgoLevel9000!!!
But that message got me thinking,
Yeah it was nice reading those words that Jon posted on his public Facebook profile,
But here's the thing....
We often seek approval and positive feedback from others,
But what about ourselves?
**Here's that questions I was on about**
Are we ever looking for positive feedback from ourselves, about ourselves?
Or do we just constantly compare ourselves to others who are better than us?
^^Recipe for depression right there^^ (trust me I know, I've been there, done that and got the t-shirt!)
Here's a challenge I would have you consider taking part in....
And answer with a number from 1-10 (10 being the best).
How well have I nourished my body this week?
How well have I exercised my body this week?
How well have I contributed to my relationships this week?
How well have I worked on my mental health (stress, worry, anxiety etc) this week?
Go on,
Just take 10 minutes to honestly answer those questions.
If you scored 10/10 for all of the above questions then I can guarantee you either have the perfect body and the perfect life OR you're well on your way to achieving them!
If you didn't score 10/10 and you don't have the perfect body or the perfect life then may I suggest you ask yourself the next question...
What can I do over the next few days to improve all of those areas?
Have a go an answering those questions, however,
If,
1) you're not sure what to do,
Or
2) You do know what to do but you'd like help, then I have an offer for you..
I am going to be giving away just 4 exclusive 7 day AAA (Access All Areas) free passes into the Body Transformation Program.
The Body Transformation Program, or BTP as the girls like to call it, has been helping females just like you get into the shape (and jeans size) that they desire most for well over 2 years now and it is the only program of its kind in the area (that I know of).
Why is it so exclusive, popular and unique?....
Well you have to apply to find out....
All you have to do is fill in the boxes below and if I think you're a good fit then I'll PERSONALLY be in touch within the next 24 hours to discuss your application.
Hurry though because those 4 AAA free passes will go very quickly!
Or you can continue doing what you're doing, getting the results you're currently getting,
The choice is yours..
Matt.
