If you only did this one thing you will see incredible fat loss results in a very short amount of time..

Eat your carbohydrates (potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, sweets, sugary drinks etc) ONLY after you've done a HIIT or resistance training session.

This is because you only use stored carbs, known as glycogen, when you perform HIIT or resistance training therefore when you consume your carbs after these sessions they will be stored as glycogen in the muscles.

Without burning the already stored carbs (glycogen) by doing HIIT or resistance work your body will have no choice but to store those carbs you eat as fat as there will be nowhere else for them to go.

This is why just doing Low - medium intensity workouts like exercise classes, jogging, walking etc aren't the best for fat loss.

So now you know this little secret click here to get your very own blueprint to achieving a fit, strong, fat free confident body completely for free.
