Not so I could build confidence to get laid (the main reason most lads hit that age hit the gym)
But so that I could keep the bullies away.
Safe to say it worked.
I stuck to my training,
Built some muscle,
Built some confidence,
And the bullies just seemed to stop picking on me.
So that's WHY I wanted more confidence,
But the real reason wasn't to build confidence
The REAL reason,
Was so that I could move AWAY from the pain (mostly psychological) that the bullies were causing me.
Stop lying to yourself,
Start being honest,
And ask yourself:
What do you REALLY want?
WHY do you want to feel happier?
WHY do you want more confidence?
WHY do you want to be healthier?
What's the REAL reason behind it?
Once you get clear on that,
Your whole experience and results will jump to the next level.
And that I promise you.

You see when you highlight your pain and the real reason why you want to move away from it,
It's easier to make the decision to either move forwards,
Or if the pain isn't great enough,
To stay where you are.
But not only that,
It's easier to stick to something,

Without internal motivation aka your REAL reason and your WHY,
You will lose will power easily,
And you'll most likely give up and quit and go back to square one until the next program, or gym, or diet, or detox comes along.
But that's also why most diets, detoxes, exercise classes and gym memberships never see people getting real long lasting results,
Because the trainer, coach, or gym haven't taken the time to help the prospective client (you) get absolutely clear on where they (you) are and where they (you) want to get to.
And yes I will help you do this before we even start to talk about working together.
