I'm struggling to write this.
Let me give you some context as to why..
At school I was bullied,
(Apart from the time the biggest guy in school punched me in the middle of the back and the smallest guy in school threw a pencil at me, lol at that one now)
As a result of the regular verbal attacks,
I told myself stories that I'm not good enough,
And that I need to be good enough,
So that these people who don't accept me as I am can accept me which will mean I won't be attacked in the future.
So I looked for inspiration via the following questions:
Who IS accepted?
Who IS liked?
Who IS respected?
I did not plan this at all!!
I just looked at my camera, hit record and this is what happened...
I've failed more times than I can remember,
Failed at relationships,
Failed at careers and businesses,
I even failed at trying to commit suicide,
But I've also managed to bounce back EVERY SINGLE TIME,
And just I've created a 2 minute video which explains simply how you can bounce back from ANY type of pain and faulure too!!
Just click play and enjoy :)
To your health, wealth and happiness,
The ONLY thing stopping you from getting the body of your dreams
When I was 19 I quit my life-long ambition to become a Professional Golfer.
At 21 I quit my goal to become a celebrity chef.
At 25 I quit my dream to become a Fitness model and Body builder.
At 28 I almost quit being a dad, business owner, brother and son aka almost drove head on into a lorry at 70mph with no seatbelt on.
What do all of these quits (and everything else I’ve failed at, including most of my past relationships) have in common?
Just one thing.
There is someone to blame.
But WHO was to blame for me not being able to reach my goals of becoming a Pro golfer, a celebrity Chef, fitness model and body builder, the worlds best son, brother and father and a world famous business owner/entrepreneur?
Was it their fault?
Were they to blame?
My school teachers?
Maybe they’re the reason I kept on failing?
Or what about my friends? Bosses? Co workers?
Could I hold them responsible?
Yes I COULD blame them.
But then I’d be labelling myself as a VICTIM and what do VICTIMS need?
Victims NEED Hero’s.
But then I realised the ONLY person who could SAVE me,
The only person RESPONSIBLE for ALL of my failures and ALL of my success’,
And the only person who determines my future….
Stares back at me every single day when I look in the mirror.
And that is the only thing/person who is stopping you from getting the body of your dreams (unless you have a mental or physical disability that actually prevents that from happening)
Not in shape?
Like I said there are exceptions to the rule, like people with physical and mental disabilities or people who live in situations and circumstances preventing them from getting what they want (those in prison or those in most 3rd world countries) but don’t forget, Nelson Mandela was in prison AND in a 3rd world country and he did ok for himself so baring disease, illness and disability,
YOU are responsible for the health and wellbeing of your body AND your life!
And now you know YOU are solely responsible for the results you experience with your body and also your finances and relationships,
You really have 0 valid excuses stopping you from getting the body (and life) of your dreams.
Are you going to make a decision and commitment to move away from where you are and towards where you want to be?
Or are you going to stay as you are and go back to life (the health you have, the money you have (or don’t have, and the relationships you have (or don’t have)) as you know it?
The choice, as always, is yours.
If you’re ready willing and able to go after the body of your dreams then go here and apply for your free initial transformation session with me.
