WHAT is it that you want to change?
Your weight?
your clothes size?
Your fitness level?
Your confidence?
All of the above?
It doesn't matter WHAT it is you want to change,
Because the WHAT is just a result/byproduct of something WAY more powerful.
A force so powerful it can change your entire LIFE.
That force is thought.
Stay with me here and I promise I won't get too 'out there'.
Back to the title of this post...
How to change your shituation.
And no it's not an autocorrect fail,
I know you're here because your current situation ISN'T the one you truly desire and deserve to have,
Hence why it's a little bit (or maybe a lot) of a shituation.
But know this..
YOU are NOT your SITUATION.
Your situation is merely a byproduct of everything you've thought, said and done up until this point in life.
And if you're not entirely happy with your current situation please understand that YOU had the power to create what you have now,
Therefore you have the power to change your FUTURE situation.
People may have helped you get here,
And people may be able to help you get to where you want to get to,
But it's YOU who've thought that thoughts, said the words and taken the actions that have led you to this exact moment in time and everything you either have or don't have, as the case may be, aka your current shituation
Ergo, it's YOU who now must think the thoughts, say the words and take the actions that are going to get you to where you DO want to get to.
Caveat: if you want a different situation to the one you currently have, you won't be able to get there using the tools (skillset and mindset) that you CURRENTLY have.
Suggestion: Seek out and get around those who CAN get you to where you want to get to.
And yes change really is that simple.
Want to lose weight? THINK first, SAY second, ACT third.
Want to get fitter? THINK first, SAY second, ACT third.
Want to improve your confidence? THINK first, SAY second, ACT third.
Want to be happier and have a better situation in general?
THINK first, SAY second, ACT third.
Most people do the first two,
But you're smart so you know you have to do the last one in order to actually make change happen.
