How to get great results, fast

I'M BACK!

(Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do)

As you may or may not know my Granddad passed away last Friday,

And because he lived in France I got to travel over there so that I could attend his funeral on Tuesday.

This meant I had to drop all of my Personal Training Clients and because I couldn't get wifi most of the time my online training clients were out of touch with me too.

I did this because being at his funeral was something I HAD to do and being there came first before ANYTHING!

It was the MOST important thing for me to do at that time in my life.

So my question to you is this...

Are you making the most important thing in your life THE most important thing in your life and are you committed to it?

What do I mean by this?

Let me explain...

Everyday I get people message me asking about my services and how they're really committed to doing whatever it takes to achieve their life changing results,

Such as dropping their body fat to healthy levels so they can live longer and witness their grandchildren growing up,

Or to improve their body confidence levels so they can enjoy 'intimate encounters' with their partners or prospective partners again. 

But when it comes to crunch time 98% of those 'really committed' people find a way to back out AKA they make excuses.

'I really want to do this, it's so important to me, it would change my life if I did this right now however I can't start yet as I have a big night out coming up'.

^^Word for word from a 'really committed' person^^.

Now that's not me putting that person down or saying that they're a liar,

What I am doing is making a point that your ACTIONS will always say more about you than your WORDS.

But it's not me that person has to convince, it's not their friends or their family,

It's themselves.

The person YOU have to convince that you are ready and committed to doing what it takes is YOU

I heard this recently and it fits perfectly here..

'In life you don't get what you deserve, you get what you're committed to'.

So let me ask you again...

What is THE MOST important thing in your life right now (health, fitness, confidence, financial freedom, amazing relationships, getting drunk, watching reality tv etc)

And are you really committed to doing what it takes to achieve the results you desire or is it all talk?

Now if you are really committed to doing what it takes and you prioritise your results over anything then I promise, you will get great results, fast! 

Remember,

You CAN have, do and be WHATEVER YOU WANT!
