Does this sound familiar?

(I'll get onto the 'How to get into great shape while still eating the foods you enjoy' bit in a sec)

You start an all singing all dancing diet or transformation program only to be told the following..

No carbs after 6,
Picture
no puddings,

salads when you go out for meals with your friends,

no alcohol,

no fizzy drinks,

no processed food or sugary drinks,

no sweets, chocolate or crisps,

no wheat, gluten or dairy,

and the list goes on.

Now tell me, how did you feel when you were depriving yourself of all those tasty and enjoyable foods and drinks?

Pretty good for the first week probably, and maybe even week 2 and 3 were ok,

But then cravings started kicking in right?

You started to want your favourite foods more and more,

and before you know it,

You're doing that word that everyone dreads admitting...

You're BINGING!!!!!!

AAAAHHH NOOOOOOO!!!

I CAN'T STOP!!!!!! 

You've probably done or said that at some point in your 'dieting' or body transforming life right?

Well I have some GREAT news for you....

You do not have to deprive yourself of ANYTHING!!!! 

Yes you heard me right,

You can still get into great shape while eating the foods you enjoy.

Imagine that, going out and enjoying for a nice juicy steak with a side of chips, washing it down with a lovely glass of red and finishing it off with a pudding off the deserts tray and STILL stripping fat in the process. 

Sounds a bit better than being the awkward one who says something like:

'Ooo I'm on this new diet, I can only drink water with my meal, I can only have a salad with no dressing and please don't pressure me into having a desert'

Massive difference right?

So, now it's time! 

It's time for me to let you know EXACTLY what my clients do that enables them to eat what they want while still getting into great shape..

> They eat healthy, nutritious food at least 80% of the time

> They train properly, like athletes (yes that means lifting weights, another topic for another day)

> They drink about 2 litres of water a day

> They eliminate most, if not all, of the stress in their lives << Easier than it sounds

> They rest well and get plenty of quality sleep

> And most importantly, they surround themselves with people on the same mission as them who will help, support and motivate them while on their journey (most people fail because they attempt the journey on their own or they are surrounded by people who try and sabotage their results).

Let me finish with a story...

Yesterday I took the family to the beach,

(here's a snap Connie took of me lifting what looks like a really heavy log however it was one of those bits of light drift wood that weighs about the same as a pair of flip-flops)...

After spending the morning on the beach we went for lunch,

I had chili with rice and mint choc chip ice cream to finish,

Walking on the beach in the afternoon I ate 2 sugary doughnuts and on the way home after getting stuck in an EPIC traffic jam I had to stop for a subway or else I would have started taking bites out of the steering wheel! 

And guess what, today I didn't wake up any fatter than I was yesterday!
