It's about my spontaneous train journey to Oxford (I'll tell you why I did that another day).
And I strongly believe that this story,
And the #ONE THING,
Will help you breakthrough your biggest struggles so that you can finally get the body, health, the confidence the relationships and ultimately the life that you truly desire and deserve to have.
Bold claims I know but stay with me here,
So on Monday I was on a train back from Oxford,
*Side note, I almost missed that train and at the end of this post you can find out how*
And if you've ever been on a train,
You'll know that the conductor always announces what platform the train will arrive at next.
He/she will also say where the train will end up or ' terminate' (my fellow geeks will appreciate that terminology)
You see every journey the train goes on has a start location,
An end location,
And check points along the way.
And that's all you need to get the strong and healthy body,
The next level confidence and energy levels
And the OUT OF THIS WORLD RELATIONSHIPS!
That you dream of having every single day.
Let me go in to a little more detail here if I may..
To get your body back to how it was when you were 20,
Or even better than it was when you were 20,

1. EXACTLY where you are right now and how you got there (this bit's easy, you just have to be brutally honest and not pretend that everything's OK)
2. EXACTLY what you want to achieve with regards to your body, your health, your relationships and you experience in life.
And 3. EXACTLY what steps to take to get you from 1 - 2. And that's it.
You see once you have those three things then you have the #1 thing that's going to help you get the body and ultimately the life that you truly desire and deserve to have...
