And if I received £1 for every time I actually took hours to craft that meal plan followed by them following it word for word in its entirety I’d have not many £1’s. (no one has ever followed a meal plan I’ve created for them, heck I even created a meal plan for myself back when I wanted to be a fitness model and pro natural body builder and I didn’t even follow that!!)
Life gets in the way.
Let me ask you this…
How many times have you ever followed a specific meal plan to the letter for more than 1 month without missing a single meal?
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say 0 times ever.
Ok I imagine you’ve followed a few recipe books and maybe the odd plan for a few days and maybe even a week,
But I’m pretty certain if you’re anything like me (and if you’re honest) that you have never ever ever followed a specific meal plan for more than a week let alone for a month, right?
Now let’s jump back to the title of this post…
The perfect meal plan for ANY goal.
Does it exist?
Yes, 100% it exists.
How do I know,
Easy, take a look at anyone who has the goal you want,
Whether it’s a sexy, toned female body or a strong, ripped guys body and anything in between (Dear political correctness police, yes I’m being stereotypical here to make a point, get over it.) the fact that the results that you want actually exist is proof that the perfect meal plan for that goal does also exist.
So with that said,
Where does one start when it comes to the food one eats to get the body one wants?
Simple, you go to the place where the body you want is and you do what they do (sometimes they will reveal it for free and sometimes you may have to pay for it but the meal plan you want is definitely out there).
Ok so you may be wondering how I answered my client when it comes to their fat loss goal before Christmas.
Their question: Can I have a meal plan?
This is what I said (I went a bit deeper than this but that’s because they’re paying me and I’m assuming that you’re not paying me, yet)
ME: ‘You can, but you won’t follow it so no. Instead, just Get into the app and hit your numbers while eating the foods you and your family enjoy that also give you the nutrients that you need and you will lose that fat, it’s as simple as that, how do I know this works? Every single client of mine that has got results has done exactly this so that’s all you need to do too’.
No I didn’t give them a specific meal plan,
They don’t need it, it’s also too much stress for anyone to try to follow a specific meal plan (especially a family person who has a spouse and kids to think about) and as they’re a client that I deeply care about the last thing I want to do is increase their stress levels (stress is a killer remember, I wrote about how to remove Stress and Fear here if you’re interested).
So what’s simple and stress free to do?
Eat foods they enjoy at the time they can eat them while making sure they’re hitting their numbers that they need to hit in order to strip fat.
It really is that simple to do.

So, what is the perfect stress free meal plan for ANY goal?
It’s simply the one that works for you and your goal.
Can 2 different meal plans work effectively for 2 completely different people with exactly the same goal?
That’s why 1. The generic meal plans that all the celebrity trainers and body coaches sell on mass don’t work for 80% of the people
And 2. That’s why I will not insult my clients or even yourself by offering a generic meal plan.
And where should you start if you’re looking for the perfect meal plan that’s going to get you to your goal?
Start at your goal,
Get clear on what you want to achieve and then go and research what to eat and when and how much and how often so that you can reach your goal.
And if you can’t be bothered to waste your precious time researching around the hundreds of thousands of websites telling you what you should eat and when and instead you just want someone to do it for you simply look up your goal followed by ‘expert’ and then have them do it all for you.
